MinneWIC 2017 - Registration/Scholarships


The registration fee for the event is $40.00. The fee, which is subidized by our sponsors, covers all meals (dinner at the McNamara Alumni Center, breakfast, lunch, and breaks) and conference materials. The fee is non refundable.

The registration deadline is Friday February 3.
After the deadline registrations will be accepted as long as there is space. The registration fee will increase to $50.00. Registration will close on Friday February 10 at noon.

If you have a University of Minnesota internet account, use it. If not, create an account following the instructions on the web site. The registration system accepts only credit cards. For people from the University an EFS chart string can be used. It is possible to register multiple people at once, but it is not intuitive how to do it. If you have problems doing it let us know and we will help you.

Scholarship application

Registered attendees who need a hotel for Friday February 17 can apply for a scholarship to cover the hotel accomodation (in a shared double room at the Days Hotel, 2407 University Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN).
We can also offer limited reimbursement of travel costs and registration fees in case of financial hardship.
Requests for rooming arrangements, travel reimbursement, etc should be indicated in the scholarship application form.
